Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy from the date received. Within that 30 days, you can ship back Boxscoop, in the original box, and once received we credit back your order (excluding original shipping charges). You can use any shipping carrier you'd like or, we can make a FedEx label with our discount and deduct it from the return. Our FedEx discounted rates per box are between $25-29 from the Westcoast and $29-35 for all other states. Please email us to initiate a return.
